Reviewing Other Peoples Files

I have noticed some people are being treated as though they don't know what they are doing at all and are being spoken to like they are children. No one knows the skill level of another person to a "T" and no one should be spoken to in a negative way. If you don't hear what someone else hears on a file, that doesn't mean the file is empty and the person who made the file doesn't know what to listen for. That message simply may not have been heard by YOU, for whatever reason that may be. So, even if you are a Pioneer in the field, or just a newcomer to the field, be polite, and just say you didn't hear anything in the file. The person who created the file knows how it was made, how to keep up with learning to better themselves, and is sharing the file for your input as to what you hear. They are not sharing the file to be spoken down to or belittled on their skill levels. So, treat others as you would have them treat you. In other words, be nice to people. Or don't come around. This is my humble opinion, and you have every right to agree or disagree. Thank you.

Spot on Marlene!

You and I both know that files often change & that different people clearly near different things while listening to the same audio clip.

To assume that because you don't hear what has been suggested (in a sound clip) means the communicator is doing something incorrectly is simply wrong and I believe shows a superior attitude is at work.

It's mean spirited to talk down to others for any reason. Positive feedback and suggestions create an ability to recognize many possibilities inherent in a situation and to generate trust and comradery.

I was told the attached audio clip is radio garbage and not communication. Yet - it fits perfectly. We were also taught in the beginning that spirits use radio bits to communicate (powerful spirits can use any sound to communicate).

This file is a perfect example. To each their own I guess, but at least be nice about it. But I personally believe that is a message that is from a spirit. It fit the situation.
