When listening to a session playback, I hear a spirit's voice mixed into the garbage but it's not understandable. I hit the stop button, highlight the section and listen to it 3-5 times. If after a few tries I determine it makes no sense, I reverse it and see if it then says something coherent.
Also, when looking for an answer to a question you've just asked you'll hear a person's name in response. Quite often if you reverse the name there will be a message.
I've reversed bits where both ways (forward and reverse) said the same thing. Rare, but it happens.
Some spirits are able to continue their thought using both the forward and reverse.
Example: Forward - 'Betsy, listen' Reverse - 'You hear me?'
The attached file is the same audio clip - first normal and then reversed.
For those with an untrained ear - it says "We'll see God" then reversed, it says "God. Lisa" (telling me it was tech Lisa speaking)
