The current debate over the spirit box: who is coming through these devices? Are they spirits? Ghosts? Aliens? Or our own reflected thoughts?
The research is on-going. Many believe both spirits and beings from another realm are making contact through the Spirit Boxes.
Experimenters who have used these boxes have received mainly positive, warm messages. However, they warn that just as there are good, happy folks and sour, nasty folks in this world - its seems personalities carry over in death. Cussing and name calling does happen. As do pleas for help.
Spirit Technicians
There are spirits from the light called 'Techs' who work through the boxes to establish contact, maintain control, offer assistance and can even bring other spirits forward to speak with the Spirit Box user.
In the pioneer days of Ghost Boxes many people had the same Techs each session. They developed a close relationship through their continuing conversations. Now, with the surge of new Ghost Box users, created by shows such as Ghost Hunters & Ghost Adventures - both have used Ghost Boxes on their shows - more Techs were needed. Its not unusual to have more than one Tech or even different Techs from one session to the next. Some of the early Techs have been recorded coming through different ghost boxes by different people in different geographical locations.
Do the boxes work for everyone?
Some experience an instant connection. Others work towards a connection by doing continued sessions. And some become frustrated and give up.
It seems that one’s connection with the other side influences how good and what type of results will be experienced through the ghost box. It's possible that those who are recording the best results may be psychic in nature and may already be connected with the spirit realm prior to the existence of any ghost box.
